This whisky, Bunnyville No17, is the first batch bottled after seven years of maturation in charred virgin American white oak barrels. It's celebrated for its smooth and accessible qualities. The aroma reveals subtle floral and honey notes, while the palate offers apple, lemon, and hazelnut flavors. Beyond enjoying it on the rocks, its unique smoothness also lends itself well to a Highball cocktail.
